ASCIF was established in 2017 by Mr. David Olatunji. He is an Ambitious and passion driven Strategist with extensive experience directing spectacular projects and idealizing breath taking designs. Proven success developing, managing and implementing architectural and planning strategies and measuring results across borders.

He brings to the table a strong network of global partners that have changed the narrative of how 21st centuries designs, urban planning and development are implemented.

Furthermore, Mr. David is an Accomplished Executive with domestic and international experience in operations, industrial design, product design, program design, structural design, project management and Nation building. He’s results-oriented, decisive leader with proven success in new market identification and strategic positioning for several multimillion-dollar projects executed.

He also has a track record of increasing sales and growing bottom lines while spearheading operational improvements to drive productivity and reduce costs. He has exceled in dynamic and demanding environments while remaining pragmatic and focused.
